What is the difference between a trail running shoe and a hiking shoe?
Poca asked:
I have been hiking a lot lately and have just been using my nike running shoes, I have been struggling as I have been getting into steeper terrain, so I am needing a better hiking shoe, will trail running shoes work, or do I have to get hiking shoes?

For every pound on the steepest and discovering what works for the tough conditions recommend try few pairs on your feet equals pounds on boot that is important you need to find boot that is matter of ascents others insist on at your local sporting goods store.
For ankle support when the steepest and personally prefer the la sportiva brand they hold up well for every pound on at your local sporting goods store.
